Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Brighton. A corner pub in The Lanes that dates back to 1854, the pub is named after Lord Nelson's flagship the HMS Victory, which was central to the Battle of Trafalgar. The beautiful light and dark green glazed ceramic tiled exterior features the livery of the Brighton based Tamplin Brewery, which established the pub and incorporated an image of the ship over the entrance. The interior features a late 19th century bar back, early 20th century bar front, a moulded Lincrusta ceiling, and a fireplace with Ionic columns. Out back in a nice little beer garden, where I enjoyed a Chummy Bluster Best Bitter from Gun Brewery in Heath Field.
