Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Plymouth, UK. The pub dates from the late 18th/early 19th century when it was built as a warehouse. It is located in the harbour's edge and it's location makes it a VERY popular place! The interior has many smallish rooms to choose from. There is lots of brick everywhere and lots of dried hops hanging from the ceiling. But one of the big selling points is the large covered outdoor seating area. A beautiful place to hang out and watch the goings on surrounding the harbour. For me it was a great place to sit and watch the Singapore GP F1 race!
My beer of choice was a Proper Job IPA from St. Austell Brewing (Cornwall) - a nicely balanced English IPA that I always enjoy. Yet another great pub hang!
