London, Southwark. Dates back to at least 1825, rebuilt in 1892. A beautiful exterior opens to a lovely spacious interior surrounding a rounded square bar. Some very interesting beers to choose from. After some tastings I settled on half pints of the London Pale Ale from local Southwark Brewing and Green Hop Cascade from Five Points Brewing Co. in nearby Hackney. A departure from my usual cask ale choice, a couple of delicious hoppy ales.
