Preston, Lancashire. A lovely old pub dating from the mid-1880s tucked away across from Preston Markets (a really cool market with many different vendors). A beautiful interior featuring two beautiful drinking booths and lots of green and red and dark wood. A little window in the floor lets you look down into the cellar. I had a nice chat with a local lady who gave me some ideas about the best pubs in town while I enjoyed a delicious Best Bitter from Tweakston brewery, who have been brewing since 1827.
