Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Glasgow. Located in Glasgow's West End, there has been a pub on this site since 1871. Over the years it has been known as The Outside Inn, Fatty O'Mallys, the Carousel, Monty's and The Inn. It is currently named after Scotland's "Whiskey Isle". it is known for it's lively Scottish folk music, large whiskey selection, and Scottish food. A fairly contemporary design, but there is still a large dark wood bar. A many amusing sayings throughout the pub. My beer beer of choice was a Schiehallion Craft Lager from Harviestoun Brewery in Alva. Slainte Mhath!
