Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Birmingham, UK. The building was built in 1781 by the Birmingham Metal Company and was Birmingham's first foundry. It is located on the Birmingam Canal next to the Black Sabbath Bridge. The beautiful brick building houses a nice spacious interior.
My beer of choice was a California Sun West Coast Session IPA from Thornbridge Brewery in Bakewell. A nicely balanced IPA (no hop bomb here!) brewed with classic Centenniel, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops. I don't know if you have noticed in the past, next to many of my tap photos is a small bottle of the beer displaying its color. A nice feature to have in helping to decide which beer to choose.
