Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Victoria, London. This one is another favorite of mine. A Victorian style building constructed of red and yellow brick with stucco trimming, built in 1862 by the Artillery Brewery on the site of an earlier pub called The Blue Coat Boy which was first recorded in 1831. It is the only remaining building from the original phase of development of Victoria Street, having survived "The Blitz" during WWII. A large front room (always remember to look up at the ceilings in these pubs!) and lots of beautiful etched glass. Check out the L-shaped bar and the staircase - complete with the famous painting of the Prince Consort Albert, Queen Elizabeth and children. And the sign outside! A Greene King pub.
