Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

London, Fleet Street. Established in 1839 as the Crown and Sugar Loaf, it was renamed The Punch Tavern in the 1840s to honor the staff of Punch magazine which was located nearby. The pub is known as a former gin palace and currently has over 80 gins in stock. The entrance corridor is stunning with it's Victorian tiles and mosaics, and inside is a barrel vaulted skylight, a skylight over the bar, lots of beautiful wood paneling, and an acanthus frieze and dentil cornice. The ceiling is divided by acanthus scrolls and garland. I enjoyed a Fuller's London Pride and soaked up the ambiance of this gorgeous pub.
