Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Brighton. A historic Brighton pub located in The Lanes, known for its medieval cellars and a stone fireplace bearing the initials "ME" of a Miss Elliot who bought the building in 1766. The name comes from an 18th century hand operated sea water pump used to supply nearby businesses and hostelries, with people believing the water had life benefiting properties. The interior was refurbished in the 1950s and features three rooms decorated with beautiful wood work, serviced by a gorgeous rounded central bar. Outside is sidewalk seating facing out onto a lovely little square. It is a Nicholson's pub, and as usual their pale ale was my beer of choice.
