Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Glasgow. This beautiful space was originally the Kelvinside Parish Church, founded in 1862. It was converted into an entertainment venue in 2004 with 2 bars, 2 restaurants, a nightclub, and an event space. Oran Mar is Scottish Gaelic for "great melody of life" or "big song". Such an amazing and glorious place. I hope the pictures (I wish I had better photos of the ceilings) do it justice because words cannot. The bar is stunning. I loved the small "pew" that I sat at to enjoy my beer. Two delicious offerings from Inveralmond Brewery in Perth - Ossian Smooth Flow Golden Ale and Lia Fail Scottish Dark Beer. A must when you visit Glasgow.
