Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Manchester. Built in 1888 as a show house for McKenna's Brewery. The pub's exterior is made of polished red granite and features an imposing archway entrance. Inside it features a high glazed ceiling, ceramic walls, a sloped mosaic floor (it reels like your beer is going to slide off the table!), a beautiful decorative frieze, and a wood and marble fireplace. There is seating near the walls running from the front door to the bar, a room behind the bar, and a secluded garden in back with heated cabins. I tasted several beers from the Marble Brewery and selected their bitter. Thanks to Simon for taking my photo.
