Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Paris. My last stop in Paris and it was a good one, with a concept that I think would be great in the US. It is a great space with high ceilings and two floors. On each floor are six large tables, each one with a tap on it. You get a card, put euros on it, present it at the tap of whichever beer you would like, and pour your own beer! You pay for however much you want - perfect for me wanting to taste many beers. My choices: Fut'Rax IPA (with Citra hops), Blanche Des Neiges ("Snow White", Belgian Blonde, Huyghe Brewery in Melle, Belgium, hints of coriander and citrus), Nuka Hazy Pale Ale (Nuka Brewing,Paris), Filou (Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck, Belgium, Strong Golden Blonde Ale), Chouffe (Brasserie de'Achouffe, Houffalize, Belgium, another Strong Belgian Ale with hints of coriander). Also enjoyed a really nice charcuterie and cheese plate, all local products. Alan the bartender was wonderful and was a great help with journey through the beers. Highly recommended if you are visiting Paris.

I think it is natural for USA. Going to share with Tyler at touchdown in seattle
