Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Paris. Located in the Latin Quarter, this little bar champions the nascent (for Paris) artisanal beer trend. With 16 taps and 2 hand pumps they offer quite a selection of French beers. The small upper floor around the bar only has room for 35 patrons, and there is a beer cave downstairs available for events. It was difficult choosing a beer as I not heard of any of them, but after telling the bartender what I liked he recommended the Mirobolante Sour from Malpolan. Wonderfully complex and well blended, it was a perfect introduction into French sour beers.
