Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Belgravia, London. Dating back to 1852, the Horse and Groom is tucked away (it was a bit challenging to find) on a tiny mews fairly near to Hyde Park Corner. A mews is a narrow back street that traditionally contained housing stables and carriage houses for the expansive houses on the main streets. The Beatles manager Brian Epstein lived right around the corner, and during the filming of A Hard Day's Night he and the Beatles met here frequently. Gwenyth Paltrow and Rihanna have also been patrons. The interior is a a single cozy room served by a small bar. A Shepherd Neame's pub, I was happy to find and enjoy a Whitstable Bay Pale Ale.
