Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

London, Belgravia. Established in 1860, like many pubs in this area it was built as a watering hole for staff of the Grosvenor estate. Years before the pub opened Mozart wrote his first symphony right around the corner. Peter Llewellen Davies (the inspiration for JW Barrie's Peter Pan) was a frequent patron of the club and jumped in front of a train just around the corner, ending his life in 1960. Tony Warren, creator of Coronation Street, is said to have used the pub as inspiration for the soap's famous "Rover's Return". It is a long narrow pub small area in the front and back and some seating around the small bar. Harvey's Sussex Best was my beer of choice.
