Pubs with Bruce
I've been a beer lover all my life and I love to travel. Combining these is the ultimate experience. As I've traveled, I've immersed myself in the history and folklore of the places I've visited. Join me on my beer journeys. Okay, it's not as good as actually being there, but who knows? You may be inspired to enjoy travels (and beers) of your own.

Southampton. An independently owned craft beer bar and brasserie located in the center of Southampton's Cultural Quarter on Above Bar Street, it was founded by three friends who wanted a little more from a beer bar. The bar is downstairs in the cellar (it reminds me of the Delerium Cafe in Brussels), features over 100 beers from around the world and has four casks and 18 kegs. There is seating throughout the space in booths and alcoves. So fortunate to have found this place and enjoy three exceptional beers - Budvar (Czech Republic), Brugse Zot (De Halve Maan, Bruge) and Westmalle Duo (Westmalle, Belgium).
